Each Narmadeshwar Shivling is carefully selected, energized, and packed with devotion. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary.

Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or broken during transit.

  • The product received is completely different from what was ordered.

  • The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery.

  • The Shivling must be unused and in original packaging.

📦 Note: As our products are spiritual and sacred, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Share order details and a clear photo/video of the issue.

  3. Once verified, we will guide you with the return pickup or replacement process.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned Shivling.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • In case of replacement, we will dispatch the new Shivling within 2–4 working days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or large-size Shivlings

  • Energized Shivlings used in puja

  • Shivlings damaged due to mishandling
