Refund and Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or broken during transit.
• The product received is completely different from what was ordered.
• The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery.
• The Shivling must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned Shivling.
• Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
• In case of replacement, we will dispatch the new Shivling within 2–4 working days.

• Wash the Shivling daily or weekly with clean water.

• You may gently use Gangajal or normal drinking water.

• Avoid using soap, detergent, or chemical cleaners.

🪔 2. During Abhishek (Worship)

• You can offer milk, water, honey, curd, ghee, and sugar as per tradition.

• After Abhishek, always rinse thoroughly with clean water.

• Wipe gently with a soft cotton cloth.

🌞 3. Proper Placement

• Place the Shivling on a clean, stable surface or Jaladhari.

• Keep it in a peaceful and sacred area of your home or temple.

• Avoid placing it directly on the floor.

• Always handle with clean hands and devotion.

• Avoid rough handling or impact.
